Tai Chi Quan, known as Tai Chi, is an ancient Chinese martial art that literally means "Supreme Ultimate Boxing". This martial arts was created as a self-defense system, and our version still maintains many of these effective features, however, it has gained wide popularity throughout the world for its health benefits and calming effect.

The style of Tai Chi we practice at McCoy's Action Karate is Modern Tai Chi Quan 24, derived from Yang Style.

Tai Chi for Nursing Homes and Retirment Communities

These faciliteis give us a chance to give back to those who have given so much to our country and world.

We have special pricing for teaching residents and guests 30 minute group classes up to 1 time a week per group. We have designed both a simplifeid movement version and a seated version we are already teaching to our seniors and would live to teach your group too.

Corporate and Group Tai Chi Classes and Seminars

Tai Chi for Groups and Large Groups Looking for Focus, Concentration, Relaxation, Fitness and Stress Release

Our Corporate Tai Chi is brought to your place of business, and is adaptable to small or large groups. (For example, the largest group we have taught is 5000 high school students.) These programs can be from 30 minutes to 2 hours in length, though we have found 60 minutes seems to be the best length.
